These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and hc555 ("hc555", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://hc555.cam. hc555 is an English-language online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, live casino products and related services, designed primarily for adult users in Pakistan who access the platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or otherwise using hc555 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 These Terms are effective from the date you first register an Account or use the Platform, whichever is earlier.
3.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age as defined in Section 4; (b) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (d) all information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.
3.3 hc555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
4.1 To register and use an hc555 Account, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
4.2 hc555 operates under an applicable international licence. Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location, including compliance with Pakistani law.
4.3 hc555 does not knowingly accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. Attempting to circumvent geographical access restrictions using VPNs, proxies or other technical means is a breach of these Terms.
4.4 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of hc555 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to open Player Accounts or participate in promotional offers.
5.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on hc555. Creating multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
5.2 You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Information that cannot be verified during KYC may result in Account suspension.
5.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hc555 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
5.4 You must notify hc555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
6.1 hc555 is required to verify the identity of Account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
6.2 hc555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze balances or close Accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.
6.3 Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7.1 Deposits. hc555 accepts deposits through payment methods listed in the Cashier at any given time. Available methods may include — but are not limited to — bank transfers, mobile wallets and cryptocurrency. The availability of any payment method is subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. hc555 does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or confirmed integration with any of these institutions — users must verify available methods in the Cashier.
7.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount required to activate the Account or qualify for a promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms and/or Cashier interface. Illustrative minimums (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000) shown in promotional materials are examples only — the operative minimum is that shown in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
7.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that deposited funds have cleared; (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (d) no active fraud, chargeback or investigation holds on the Account.
7.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and are subject to standard banking and provider processing windows. hc555 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Contact support at [email protected] if a withdrawal has not been received within the expected window.
7.5 Fees. hc555 does not currently charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Third-party fees charged by banks, mobile wallet providers or payment processors are outside hc555's control and are the User's responsibility.
7.6 hc555 reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount, account activity or risk indicators warrant additional review.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hc555 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 General. hc555 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free spins and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
9.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover") before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. PKR amounts used in promotional materials are illustrative examples only (e.g., "PKR 1,000 bonus at 30× rollover = PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers required").
9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet. Placing bets above the stated maximum during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
9.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category will be stated in the promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games, but this varies by promotion.
9.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress against them are forfeited without compensation.
9.6 Sticky Bonuses. Certain bonuses may be designated as "sticky" — meaning the bonus credit itself is non-withdrawable. Only net winnings generated from play with a sticky bonus may be withdrawn upon satisfaction of the wagering requirement. This will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
9.7 Maximum Cash-Out. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, stated in the promotion terms. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.
9.8 hc555 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. Any indication of bonus abuse, arbitrage behaviour or systematic exploitation of promotional offers will result in the removal of bonus funds and may result in Account closure.
10.1 All games offered on hc555 are operated under the rules applicable to those games as published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the game server result, the game server result shall prevail.
10.2 Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the published rules for each sport and market type. hc555 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds, a clear pricing mistake or a technical fault is identified prior to or following settlement.
10.3 Cricket betting on hc555 covers markets including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under and in-play markets for PSL, ICC and other international cricket events. hc555 is not affiliated with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team. References to these organisations are for sports context only.
10.4 hc555 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, restrict market access or decline individual bets at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
All content on the hc555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, code, databases and user interface design — is the intellectual property of hc555 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, automated access or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from hc555.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hc555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds through gambling outcomes, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
13.2 hc555 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
13.3 hc555 is not liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local law, including Pakistani law, in connection with their use of the Platform.
hc555 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key data uses include account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling enforcement and customer support. hc555 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
hc555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hc555 holds its applicable international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
16.2 hc555 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani gambling regulatory bodies. Users in Pakistan access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge full personal responsibility for compliance with local law.
